Privacy Policy

NexusLead (“we”, “us”) helps local service businesses with their online presence: a free audit on nexuslead.site, and, for clients, a portal at app.nexuslead.site that answers leads and reviews, posts content and reports results. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Free audit. What you enter: your business name, website, goal, name and email. To build the report we look at public information about the business: its website, Google Business Profile and reviews, listings on review sites, social media pages, search results and what AI assistants say about it.
• Client accounts. Your sign-in details, business information and settings you give us in the portal.
• Accounts you connect. With your permission we connect to accounts such as Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Yelp, Gmail (to read incoming email, answer customers and website form leads, and send emails you approve or set to send automatically), Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. We use only the access needed for the services you signed up for.
• Your customers’ messages. When we answer leads and reviews for you, we process what your customers send (for example names, phone numbers, emails and messages), and conversations with the chat assistant on your website.
• Telegram. If you link Telegram, the messages you send to our bot and the chat it’s linked to.
• Technical data. IP address and browser details for security and to stop abuse (we use Cloudflare Turnstile as a bot check). The website remembers your audits in your browser’s local storage so you can return to them. We don’t use advertising cookies.

How we use information

• To create audit reports and email them to you.
• To provide our services: replying to leads and reviews, follow-ups, posts and articles, website updates, the website chat assistant, analytics and monthly reports.
• To contact you about your audit or account, when you’ve agreed to it.
• To keep our services secure and working.

We use AI services to analyze information and write text for these purposes. Our team oversees this work.

We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Google user data

NexusLead’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data (such as Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console and Business Profile data) only to provide reports and the features you use, and never for advertising or to sell it.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run NexusLead, under their own privacy and security commitments: hosting and databases (Vercel, Railway, Supabase), sign-in (Clerk), account connections (Zapier), AI processing (such as Google Gemini and Anthropic), email delivery (Resend), messaging (Telegram), bot protection (Cloudflare), website hosting for client sites (GitHub) and public data providers for audits. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep audit and account information as long as needed to provide our services, or until you ask us to delete it. You can remove an audit from your browser’s audit list at any time. When a client relationship ends, we disconnect their accounts and delete their data on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing azatissin@gmail.com. You can disconnect connected accounts at any time by contacting us or removing NexusLead’s access in that service’s settings.

Security

We protect information with access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Children

Our services are for businesses and aren’t directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
